Title: Construction of New Operational Maintenance Shop Addition The Fresno Operational Maintenance shop is a 15,000 sq ft vehicle maintenance building for the Army National Guard. This is a new, ground up construction project. Work on this project includes, all site work, paving and parking, mechanical and electrical, site utilities and exterior lighting, fueling station, structural steel, oil/ water separator and wash racks. This facility is constructed out of concrete block and includes structural steel and a standing metal seam roof. This project is currently scheduled to be completed in mid July of 2004. Project Title: Lead and Asbestos Abatement
IDIQ Allright Diversified Services, Inc. currently holds an IDIQ for abatement at Travis Air Force Base. We have received numerous task orders for asbestos abatement, mold abatement and lead based paint abatement. When the facility has a requirement for remediation services, ADSI is the go to contractor. Working closely with the client, constant communication and planning, Allright Diversified Services, Inc. has been successful in completing projects without impacting base activities. Project Title: Add/Alter MSG ADMIN AREA
B51 The purpose of this contract is to renovate the base commander’s headquarters. This project consists of a single story 1575 sq. ft. addition to accommodate a large conference room. This project requires partial demolition to the existing building to provide for the new addition. Special care has been taken by Allright Diversified to provide a clean, safe and quiet job site since the building is fully occupied. Working closely with the base engineering and contracting departments, this project is currently slated to be complete by August of 2004. Project Title: Building 1301 HVAC Upgrade The purpose of this contract is to upgrade the existing HVAC system at
the Base Dining Hall. The present HVAC system is insufficient for the
current use of the building. Due to insufficient return air flow, space
becomes over-pressurized and prevents the proper cooling supply air from
flowing into the proper space. As a result, the temperature in that space
is not adequately controlled. An in-line exhaust fan has to be added to
the transfer system at the front of the building and ducted to the dining
areas to balance the system. The existing return air ductwork will be
replaced with larger ducts to allow greater flow of return air to the
AHU. The supply fan motor will be increased from 10 HP to 15 HP to boost
the required flow. A new 60-ton chiller will replace the existing DX unit
located outside the mechanical room. Project Title: Marine Reserve Center Grounds
