In 1998, Olga Martinez, President and CEO, founded Allright Diversified Services Inc., one of the fastest growing Hispanic owned companies in the United States.

Ms. Martinez worked in the Central Valley’s agricultural industry, while earning her degree in Environmental Health Science and then went on to serve various local firms in Marketing Procurement, Economic Development, Property Management and Facilities Management Consultation. Seeing the potential in the construction industry, Ms. Martinez took her home-based construction business and expanded it into a multi-million dollar corporation.

Training with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in Construction Quality Management has lead her to extensive government contract work, developing projects for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Airforce, USACE, NASA, The Department of Labor, Marines, Veterans Administration, CA National Guard, National Park Service
and GSA.

Because of her outstanding work and dedication, Ms. Martinez and Allright Diversified have received numerous accolades. Allright Diversified is rated number four in the "Fastest Growing 100 Hispanic Companies" by Hispanic Business magazine. Ms. Martinez was identified as one of the Women of Color Conference’s "Technology All-Stars" in 2002 and in 2003, she was named one of the Central Valley’s Top Ten Business Professional Women of the Year and specified on the U.S. Small Business Administration’s list as "Central California Women in Business - Advocate of the Year".

Under the Clinton Administration she has served on the Small Business Administration's National Advisory Committee. And, under both the Clinton and Bush Administrations, she has served on the NASA Minority Business Resource Advisory Committee. Ms. Martinez is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction and the National Hispanic Contractors Association.
